Elle is the real deal. I run trails and carry a lot of chronic tightness through my neck and shoulders, and she works those areas out better than anyone I've been to. She has a great feel for exactly where the tension is and releases it without the grit your teeth pain you get from a lot of deep tissue work.

She's warm and welcoming, and very in tune with what her clients need. I leave every appointment feeling relaxed and moving better. Highly recommend.
